Return Policy

For any undamaged product from the Holiday 2020 Online Only collection, simply submit your return inquiry on this contact us form. We will send you a return-slip and ask that you return your item with the included packaging, along with the original receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we'll offer a refund. One Year Warrantee

We warrant to clients that our Holiday 2020 Online Only collection products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect in the product is identified, we will certainly rectify the issue at hand. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty applies only to online orders from the Holiday 2020 Collection. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items or defects or damage due to normal wear and tear or caused by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication. After one year, we offer a $35 annual cleaning program, "Factory Specs" which includes the tightening of the prongs surrounding your diamonds, ultra-sonic and steam clean, and polish.
